PercoVoice Privacy Policy

1. Microphone & Audio Access

PercoVoice requires access to your device's microphone to perform audio capture:

• Explicit Activation: The microphone is active only when you tap the record button or initiate an active voice note session. There is no passive background listening or hotword detection when the app is idle.
• Visual Indicator: Your operating system's microphone status indicator will always confirm when PercoVoice is actively capturing audio.

2. Audio Stream Handling & Zero Storage Policy

Our audio processing architecture prioritizes maximum privacy:

• On-Device / Ephemeral Processing: Speech recognition is executed using on-device neural engines where available.
• Zero Audio Storage: Raw audio files (.wav, .m4a) are never uploaded to or saved on Chaosphere servers. Audio buffer memory is instantly overwritten immediately after transcription completion.
• No Voice Print Profiling: We do not extract, store, or sell voice biometrics, acoustic fingerprints, or voice identity profiles.

3. Generated Notes & Storage Control

The text notes generated from your voice dictations remain under your full ownership:

• Local Encryption: Transcripts are stored inside your device's application sandbox.
• User Export: You can export, copy, or delete your transcripts at any time.

4. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising

PercoVoice contains no commercial advertising or user profiling trackers:

• No Third-Party Ad Networks: We do not integrate ad software development kits (SDKs).
• No Data Monetization: We will never sell, rent, or trade your dictation content or personal metadata to third parties.
